How it works:

1: My assistant takes photos of your guests during cocktail hour.

2: My signature style is used to capture each guest- they take about 8- 10 minutes each

3: Guests enjoy seeing pieces come together and pick them up as they leave in the evening!

**This is just ONE way to organize this service- each wedding is fully customized for the couple and venue’s needs!

Your wedding party and parents hold a special place in your life. A custom illustration is a meaningful way to celebrate these bonds, creating a heartfelt keepsake. Picture their delight in receiving a beautiful sketch that captures the joy of your special day.

Overview of Guest Sketch Packages

Average investment is $2200, but all packages are custom quoted depending on number of guests, hours on site, travel, and other factors.

Allocate one hour (or more) for taking photos of your guests before I can begin painting.

Sample timeline:

3/4pm- Hallie arrives for set up and VIPs at your formal/family photo session- begin these drawings first + complementary 8x10” bride and groom drawing

5-6pm Cocktail hour- most guests get their photo taken and signed in

6-11pm- Hallie paints away! (Approximately 5-7 per hour, about 30 drawings of couples)

Sketches take between 8-10 minutes each to complete, expect between 5-7 sketches done per hour after the initial cocktail hour photo time. We may need to arrange take home drawings to accommodate larger parties.
