Where are you located?

I am based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA. Travel within two hours is complementary, further travel can be covered by travel fees.

What is the process of booking you?

A 20% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract reserves your date. I am available as a surprise for the couple, or from the couple themselves. We do a design consultation either in person or virtually to discuss your vision for the painting, agree on final size, number of people, timeline of the wedding day, point of contact, etc.

What does the day of the event look like? How do I get my painting?

I arrive according to our plan and get set up and ready. I will coordinate with your planner and photographer so they know to expect me to take my own reference photo of the moment you want painted. Then I get to work! I only need a small space and access to an electrical outlet for my light. At the end of the night, I will find you to present the painting. If you choose the silver package, I will leave the painting with the point of contact for the wedding. If you choose the gold package, I will take the painting home to do touch ups in my studio. The painting will be mailed to you in 4-8 weeks.
